How?

Well, let me take you down the process.

I will build a page that looks like this..

If your customer clicks 1,2,3,4 stars on your page, they will be redirected to a form

where they can fill in what they are unsatisfied with.

You will then get an email with the exact info your customer filled in.

That way, you can reach out to the customer and fix the problem.

If however, they click on the 5-star button, they are immediately redirected to

your Google Business Profile page where they can leave their 5-star review.

Don’t tell me this isn’t PURE geniusness?

So, as soon as you have left your customer, you send a quick SMS with a link to your secret review page.

IF they are somewhat unhappy, they will click any of the 1,2,3,4 stars and then be redirected to your message form, and you will immediately know exactly WHAT they are unhappy with.

Just fix the problem and send a new SMS.

Now, if they will probably go with the 5-star and be redirected to Google.

Alright..
